Thank you for this thorough response David! I've got them in a 20 high by themselves, 2 females and 4 males. There's a little fluval stratum in the tank, so ph is about 6.5. Nitrates less than 20, ammonia and nitrite both 0. We use tap water and kh is usually low, measuring 1 or less after 24 hours. Gh is 2. Water temp is about 76/77 (we heat the room). We also do weekly water changes. We've bread pepper and julli cories no problem, but sterbai's just won't give. We'll keep our eye out for some black worms and feed a little heavier.
