Has anyone started their own infusoria culture? I've tried different ways that I found on the internet with no success. I'm looking for a sure fire way that works every time.

honestly, lighting shouldn't matter vs windo.... you don't want it to get too warm or cold,,,
70's or thereabouts...
just make sure you haven;'t treated the tank recently ( with any meds or salt)
